Not received 5 months after swap
So i have a swapper who 5 months after her item arrived reported that she didn't receive it. The item was shipped with tracking which shows delivery two days after shipping. I've replied that to her and she sais I never got it and the post office doesn't have it. Anyone have some suggestions. Can't she file a lost package report with the post office and see if they will attempt to trace the item in lost and found. I find it odd they waited 5 months to report this don't you? could be a scammer?

Not received
She needs to contact the post office with the tracking number you provide her and have them track the package. She needs to let them know that although the package is showing up delivered, it was not delivered to her. If she really didn't receive it, the post office may have delivered it to the wrong address. A similar address or another apartment # in the same complex or something. They may or may not be able to resolve it if was delivered to the wrong place.

This happened to me actually
Although its not exactly the same situation....... I made a trade and 2 days after it was "delivered" a man who I never seen before (doesnt live close to me ) came and brought my books i traded for. So mistakes happen and good thing this guy was nice enough to bring it to me. But yes it is VERY weird that they waited 5 months to say INR. It's not your fault you gave the tracking # and it says delivered..she needs to take it up with the post office.
