Love Trading BUT also need to reduce book volume in House
I really need to reduce the books in my house -- I have about 160 books listed and have packed (into boxes about 300). The issue is space -- I need to free up some space. So look at my want and have list -- 2 for 1 is the start -- if there is a trilogy or series message me and we will work it out.  No tricks just ole fashioned bartering.

Okay -- Here are some examples: the DragonSinger Triology (all 3 books ) by Anne McCaffery for one of my want items say Scent of Darkness or whatever. OR 3 tony hillermans ( in order) for a book on my want list -- heck even suggest a new author.

I totally understand your situation. There are items and books that I own, that I do not want anything in return for. (At least not everything I have to get rid of). I too need space and would just like to get a handful of items in return that I really want.
Not to advertise another site, but checkout paperbackswap.com. I also have an account there to list books. You do not do a 1 for 1 trade with them. You list your books and every book you receive a request for a book from your book list and ship it out, you receive a point in your account. You can then take that point and use it to get any book that you choose from another person. The points do not expire so they can be used at any time. The other person pays to ship you their book when you request it. You can also transfer your points to their DVDswap or CDswap sites and use them to get a movie or music, (or book on CD) if you like. This really helps get rid of clutter because your not getting an item every time you get rid of something, unless you want to.
