Shipping from the post office
Instead of printing a shipping label from swaptree, I took a book to the post office and mailed it first class with delivery confirmation. The status still shows that I need to ship the book. I have contacted the other person with the confirmation number but....Is there any way to show that I have shipped the book and take it off of my pending shipping list?

Nope
It remains there until trade is rated even if you use the swaptree postage label like I do.

?
thats odd, i use swaptree postage almost all the time and after i print out the postage, i never see those messages nor do the trades remain on my "items you need to ship" page.
the only time i ever got those messages or see things on my need to ship page is when i have to mail something without swaptree postage like when swaptree has my hardcovers listed as paperbacks or visa versa.
