Regency House Party

PBS continues its foray into the world of reality television with another installation of its successful HOUSE series, which tests the survival skills of modern-day individuals by having them live as they would in another time period. Taking a page out of a Jane Austen novel, REGENCY HOUSE provides an extra dimension of drama as 10 young people searching for real-life romance are transported to early-19th-century England to participate in courtship and dating rituals while adhering to period mores like chaperones and strictly defined gender roles.
