The disc serves as a sequel to TMBG's earlier odds-and-ends set (1991's MISCELLANEOUS T), and showcases a wide variety of non-album tracks, from the rocked-out "Rest Awhile" and the classically inclined keyboard workout "Theme to McSweeney's" (a nod to the ever-cheeky literary magazine) to the absurdist sing-along "Token Back to Brooklyn." Although this is a must-have compilation for longtime fans, newcomers to TMBG's quirky, egg-headed pop-rock will be equally entertained.
